WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

We deliver pan-India and offer Free Delivery on all pre-paid orders. At the moment we are unable to offer COD payment option, but hopefully in the future we would be able to do so.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY/ TURN AROUND TIME?

We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 10 to 15 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.

HOW WILL THE DELIVERY BE DONE?/ LOGISTIC PARTNER DETAILS:

Our logistics aggregator is Shiprocket and it has tie-up with all the reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, DHL, Delhivery etc. The courier company for each parcel is decided on the basis of the delivery pin code. You will be informed of the same once shipping confirmation email is sent to you.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

We use only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the tracking number and the link for tracking your order.

Important Shipping Information

• Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
• We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 10 to 15 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
• While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
